You have to be careful about selling or buying loom points however. As I just learned the hard way, there are people that spend all day on the market just waiting to buy your items. Just lost my +3 Mail Mittens that way a few moments ago and the buyer refused to return them.

Loom them yourself, much safer.

I recently exchanged my balanced heavy bastard sword for a balanced claymore. I miss it. I wonder if I can get it back. This is also why selling looms seems tricky to me.

Looming the items yourself is a hedge against inflation, which is RAMPANT on the marketplace now.

Inflation makes selling the loom points is very risky: It takes me like 2 months to retire. 2 months ago, loom points were 450k. 4 months ago, they were 300k. Now they are 650k.

If I sold loom points 4 months ago, 2 months ago, and now, I would have 1.4mil gold, which is insufficient to buy most of the +3 items for sale on the marketplace. If I just loomed a popular item to +3 myself, I could trade it for nearly anything.
