George is the biggest troll among authors to ever live. Reading his books made something inside of me die. Still, I continue to read his books and I doubt I will ever stop. The show is also pretty good as far as tv adaptations go.

I've even gotten my girlfriend onto this  :D

About half way through the first book now. Actually love how true to the books the tv series is. Although it makes it a little hard to read the first book after having seen it, as it's so similar, even down to the dialogue.
