Possible leeching?

I just randomly joined the HoC server because I noticed there was 2 people in it. However when I joined I found two people, I'm almost assuming the same person with 2 accounts. Both had a ping of 320, but one was -27 score, and they were both leeching and not moving much.

Names were the one below, and the other quit and left when I started moving towards them. was like 2_nadn something or another.

Just seems a little random that totally crazy names as such were just sitting in a server alone for awhile in complete peasent gear. I get that they could have been playing together, that clearly wasn't the case when I joined.

I remember back when Blackrose had a server there were a few EU guys who would hop on at odd hours and try to leech.  They would leave when I joined.  It seems like that is probably what is happening here.
