[Strat] Battle Briefings

When you are excepted an automatic msg is sent to you that contains the battle briefing.

I've started putting. "Must be in TS to get paid" into my briefings and people still don't show up in TS, they show up in the battle but not in the TS.

Its really pretty annoying. People are grabbing your expensive kit, putting it on and riding off with it and you can do sweet FA. Often your caught needing to choose to maintain numbers or go with discipline. Worse still is when very good players aren't in the TS. Your not going to kick some one that could pull a 10-1. I would assume the idea of not being paid would get everyone in... which is what makes me think people just aren't reading the briefing.

They apply see that it goes green and now all they have to do is wait for the battle. If they get a msg with the briefing in then that’s one more opportunity for them to see it and get in the TS.

I'm going to be manually doing it from now on, but it would be so much better if you guys could add it in to the back end.

Well, if you have enough ppl you could either scratch those from the roster who do not join TS or you just send a message to everyone who applied... First option would be of course much better...

Us Hospitallers, usually require almost everyone to be in TS to be in our battles, depending on what kind of battle it is.

I'm a lone maniac trying to cause as much shit as I possibly can. As such I often have to take what I can get when it comes to filling out the roster. I don't think my mercs perposfully don't join the TS, I think they mostly just don't see the briefing.

If they get sent a msg there is a much better chance of them reading the breifing and seeing 1) There pay rate and 2) The precondition of getting in the fucking TS to get that pay. I think a lot of mercs probably don't care about the pay.

I just wish gear cost less so you could afford to pay good mercs often.
