Free Stuff For Me?

I hope that I'm not angering anyone by being a beggar, but would someone gift me some armor or weapons that they don't use, I just started playing and other plays are way over powered for me, I stupidly didn't buy a melee weapon so I'm stuck with a sickle, if someone could send me a basic two hander, polarm, or crossbow with bolts that would be highly appreciated. If I shouldn't be a beggar just please say so, I'm not very familiar with forum-based rp games so I don't know how to act.

Wait, what? You get at least 50 gold per minute if you are playing - ingame in Mount&Blade:Warband per crpg module for sure. Not that you think this is a forum-based rpg. :P

Sorry, didn't mean forum based, but it seems as though the forum plays a big part in this mod.

Wahahahaha lol

Go here http://forum.c-rpg.net/index.php/topic,25698.msg375324.html#msg375324

Pick a weapon out of the list down the bottom. Yanmaodao is a great early melee weapon. Fast, cheap, hits pretty hard.
Fammi un pompino!

I think I have ball cancer in my right nut :(
Good news everybody! It's not nut cancer :)
Bad news everybody, I got dumped :(

Something u get after lvl 31. U can earn money easily by playing rageball. If you are going to be two hander buy longsword (pay atention on difficulty of items,if you dont have enough strentght you will not be able to use items),rus cavalery boots or mail Chausses (realy cheap),buy bascinet (very good helmet, realy cheap),and haumbergeon or Mail Hauberk or some other armor under 5000.

This is good gear, and u will be able to use it. Dont buy expencive swords, items, armors because expencive items breaks and repairs are too big,and you will loose money. You can find good character builds on forum, and rest is up to you. Practise blocking, moving, and attacking....
When you earn some money, try other gear.

Yeah, start buying equipment on the webpage people linked.  You get gold every minute from playing in game.

Weapons have a strength requirement (called difficulty on the webpage).  So you need to build your character before using most weapons.

You gain xp buy playing the game (just like gold).  Other players will be much better than you right now because:

1. they are higher level (you gain levels quickly, don't worry.  After a couple days only, you will be competative).

2. They know how to play (like a different post said, practice moving, blocking, striking...it may take a while to master these but stick with your teamies and you can do ok)

3. They have better equipment ( Heirlooms (looms) are better than normal items, but not by a whole lot.  you can still kill enemies with them no problem once you get a little higher level and learn how to fight).

It's a super fun game, so welcome and enjoy the hell out of it! :D

If you know how to use the webpage and market, send me a message there (name is Chivalrous_turtler) Let me know your lv and how much strength you have and I can send you some good starter equipment.  This is your first "quest"...learn how to use crpg.net. :)
