I just recently decided to pick up the mod again, and I noticed as I had made my new character, that there was already a main on my product number, the problem is that I can't remember the password of my main in order to delete it and make my new one the main one.

Any solution?

You confirm the deletion with your account password (same for all characters). If you don't remember that one reset it by using Q -> M -> P keys ingame.

What do I do after I reset the account password ingame? Will there be an option in the settings menu?

If you can already access the settings page on the website there is no need to reset the password. Switch to the character you want to delete (using dropdown in the top left), enter the account password and click on the kill button.

By account password, do you mean the password of my alt? Because that is the only password that I can remember.

Can you even login to the website? If not then fix that first. Try to login with the username/password you remember (and follow the instructions to create an account if it pops up) or reset the password ingame (you will get a 4 digit password, login with your charname+that number).

Alright, so all I have to do is reset the account password ingame.
Now all I need to do is fix this RGL error I get on startup.
