Strat Battle Warning

A pink text wanring to tell people a battle is going to begin in 10 min, with the names of the 2 teams fighting in it.

If at possible just directed to the players that are involved but if that is too hard just spam it across every freaking server.

A number of people just gap it and forget they have a battle on and only remember moments after it ends.

Could we also get something that maintains your multiplier if you happened to be in a game when you need to play strategus?  Would fit in well with the warning text.

I've always been pretty lucky... when it comes to losing my multiplier  but one of these days I'm gonna have to give up 5x and it'll be a sad day.
