Time zones are wrong for NA

I live in the central time zone.  We are -6 hours GMT, on the cRPG website I have to choose -7 hours GMT for it to show up as my correct time.

That is because it says you are offsetting yourself from the server time, not GMT. Note that you set yourself -7 hours, not -7 hours GMT. GMT is not mentioned anywhere.

I think its CET, because I'm on GMT+1 and I dont have a offset set.

Well that's a good explanation, but seems kind of weird not to use GMT when doing time settings.  Oh well, it's easy enough to verify it's correct on the user side.
