Someone is using my account

I have just come online and both of my characters have been deleted. Someone called IL_Xctinct had created a character.

Can an admin look into this please.

My characters were Fencer_Rich and Ricardo

awwww you key and acc will be banned soon. You are using shared key or you have given someone your key. only one key can be used on one pc and acc. Your account is connected with your cd key,if someone is using same key he have acces to your acc. Buy a game dude,it is cheap and awsome.
What is 10-15 euros for game like this? Nothing.

I have not give my key to anyone. I created my account on CRPG in October last year and when requesting for a password in game it says the user/password is Ricardo/**** So I am obviously the original account user as it is using my user name.

I know only one key can be used per account and when this other user was online today I kept getting kicked out of games. Since they have gone offline I can get back into games but they have deleted both my chars.

Anyway, why would you buy it from some shifty cd-key store, when you can get it for cheap from an official source such as steam or TW itself?

have you tried to register your key on tale worlds site?
They sold you key that someone is using. Someone have your key,and because he is playing you cant play and get kicked out of servers.
 Only one key can be in game. he can do same stuff if he press qmp he can change your pass and get your log in information.
Your key is going to get banned buy admins when they see this.

Hello, my name is Alex Dragon and i am from Iron Legion clan. Yes Xtinct did brought the game from Cd-key house too and the fucking owner in Cdkey house sold those keys repeatly to all buyers. Seriously, fuck him. Now you guys have the same shared key, i feel sorry for you all because you are not the only victim here, there are 5 people more... and i suggest you to buy the new key from steam because its much more reliable and cheap.

I have used them before with no problems and they are cheap.

Its beside the point who I use to buy the key from, the fact is I am the original user of this key and someone is accessing my account and I would like my characters restored please.

Also I have registered this key with taleworlds and worked fine so whoever is using this key will not be able to register their game with taleworlds.

Yes but I have the original key as I was able to register it. It would be different if I was given a key that had already been used.

We've had several occasions of people receiving duplicate keys from cdkeyhouse.com.

Contact the seller for a refund and/or buy a new key from some other vendor. You can then contact an admin as specified in the "Who to ask for help" in general section sticky to get your char transfered.
