They stay at spectator in every screenshot you took. I don't understand what they have done.
If you want to spot them abusing , you need to take several screen when they are spamming the join team 2 get to spec join team 2

No, here they tried to get into the attacker team once and if they can't make it they go spectator, wait until the round ends, join the game and then get switched by banner balance. Doesnt matter if they join the winners or losers, they get to keep their precious multi, because they didnt get any xp-tick. And no repairs, too. So it's at least leeching.

Either you're a complete idiot or this is trolling. We simply don't play at all the first round because of that retarded low-hp door bug, which results in defenders losing their multi 80% of the time.

Mods compatible with cRPG. New crosshairs, textures, sounds, yay.

And yet all of you manage to get in the same team on the next round. If you won't play the first round at all banner balance would not apply to the guys that joined and you probably get split. But screens show you were all on the same team, so yeah, you must have played the first round for at least some seconds.

The problem with door is that their life is proportional to the amount of player. And the amount of player is never take in account in first round. That's why the door have so low hp in first round.
Moreover having door life proportional to amount of player isn't relevant because the maximum amount of player hitting the door at the same time is capped (most of time 3 because not enough place)
Something should be done to solve that problem.
And spectating isn't leeching since you don't get any tick , and don't make your team loos since you are not playing.
We should better focus on all this my old friend teamhitting ladder , and ladder pulting.

Yeah, focus on teamhitters and leave the organized exploiters alone.

This is a wrong statement.

The balance works as following: After the first round, with low HP doors and no balance the defenders almost always lose, so Greys decide to stick in the spectator;

When it mentions one of the team wins or loses then they get into a team, they won't lose their multiplier since they didn't play, but they are in-game, so the second round they get together in a grey team, which is way better than losing your x5 on a random round. They also won't get any XP and Gold from watching so it's not profitable either.

They did not abuse the balance/team joining system because they didn't play the first round. Only if they join a team, go spectator and then join a team again to get in the proper teams then it's exploiting.

Of course it is profitable not to lose your multiplicator. And yeah, it's better than trying the first round to switch to the "right" team, but it's still a way to gain an advantage that others don't get.
And if 10 or more greys join spectator not because they are away from keyboard but because they want to keep the multiplicator you could even accuse them of blocking spots for other players if servers are full.

But now i'd really like to hear how the admins think about that issue.

Agreed with Thovex, i used this technic in the past because of the door bug.

I hope that the only thing that think admin about this is that it's needed to fix this bug...
