Two-handers and WM/WPF

I've been trying to eyeball just how much WPF affects my two-hander performance but it hasn't worked out too well.  The problem is that I retired shortly after being away from the game for a few months.  I seem to be doing alright with my current build [21/18 7PS, 6ATH, 3WM (130WPF), 4IF -- 3 unspent skillpoints] but I just can't remember the feel of a 154WPF build to compare it to...or even how I performed with it.

What do the more experienced players out there think on this? 21/18 is pretty much set in stone--I like being able to use a great maul when I want to--so the question is: 7IF and 3WM or 4IF and 6WM? -- 70HP and 130WPF or 64HP and 154WPF?

**My usual combat weight is 18.5 in armor plus 2.5 to 10.5 in weapons.  If my team is doing particularly well I'll go up to 29.4 in armor.
WSE2 gives us the key to a wonderful world of butthurt...

There is not much difference between 130 and 150 WPF, IMO. If you plan on wearing plate armor from time to time, 130 might be a bit low, but it's still competitive with reasonably fast weapons.
