Happended 10 minutes ago on EU4 Siege. These four were constantly attacking teammates at spawn and killing many. Only proof I have is the screen with their k/d. But seriously you don't get a -13/14 without intentional teamkilling.

Being a good player, or at least someone who knows how to collect kills, doesnt give you the right to teamkill when you want to.
You didnt even say anything to that screenshot, so I guess its true. You and your clanmates slaughtered your whole team, and of course that should be punished in an appropriate way.
