NPC villages need more defenders in Strategus. There are player controlled fiefs in dispute as well. Hop in there to earn bonus XP. You now get 5k XP per 200 seconds as well as the normal XP. Check the battles tab on your cRPG character page or look at this thread to get the highlights.
