Mark ladders as unsheathable

It makes no sense that you can sheath a ladder.

By making them unsheathable, we both slow down the ladder carrier and make it blatantly obvious who has one (attn all archers and cavalry!), not to mention they will have to drop it if they want to fight, giving the enemy a chance to pick it up and throw it.

also it should be 2 handed so you cant block with shield or drop it quickly to swing a 1h thats already in your hand

i think that's intentional to avoid ladder castles. because they weren't some time ago.
