Xeen retired yesterday, was grinding to lvl 30 again (which only takes he and I like 6-10 hours) and he got it three times within the span of 10 minutes wearing MW pike, Lordly Lamellar Vest and a bunch of other +3 stuff.

I myself haven't had it for like 2-3 weeks. UGH.

It probably has something to do with the total cost of the equipment your wearing. I see you always running around with black armor and pike with a morion helmet which is pretty expsenive while a lordly llamellar vest is pretty cheap.

Yeah that's what we've kind of figured out about the whole thing.

When I was an archer in LL for 6 gens I used to get All Thine Hard Work sometimes 3-4 times a day, at least 8 times a week depending on how often I was playing.

Though, I did get ATHW today finally and bumped my crafting up quite a bit. Would rather wear a Lamellar vest honestly, I don't like crutching plate, but at the same time I market my ability to craft this Lordly Armor since a lot of clans are wanting it now. Meh. Double-sided coin I guess.

I'm sorry but that must be bullshit, I've had a 20-30k total cost in my gear for.....4 gens? Out of 6. Therefore I believe it must be a .2% of time played. In the past two gens I think i've gotten all thine hard work about two times, when before, when I was using the same gear, was getting it once every other week. I think it's just some obscure chance and it is similar to that of gambling. You lose most of the time, but then you win sometimes which keeps you going. I mean I have 93 skill points in leather gloves, so it's not like i haven't gotten it regularly, before these last two gens.

Same with my last 2 gens, i've only gotten the message about 3 or 4 times.  Before that I was getting it a lot more often (had 30+ skill in some items for a while).  They must have changed the algorithm a couple months ago.

I have got it prob 45 times since it was implemeted, but i got it once the last 3 gens so i have officially retired from retiring ( gen 16 anyway)

-i once got it 4 times in a spam of 2maps and twice in 1 round
 

Basically ifeel that the system has changed recently and now is harder to get

I wonder if high gens affects its increase? thereby meaning that respeccing before 31 is best and never retireing? Cause i used to get it a lot, and now i'm gen 18/19 and yea...what's pink next now?

i dont get it very often, and im gen 1 (respecc alot). and ive been playing for quite some time.

I think you hit it head, some of our mems are gettn the message 2-8 times a gen an they are between gen 4 and 12

I got it 5 times on gen around 16. Already 2 times on gen 19 (lvl 28). I don't think that it's related to gens.

Btw, can someone confirm that 75% discount is max discount ? Someone with around 120 skill in item ?

Could have sworn chadz said max was 80% but oh well.

I haven't seen the chadztext in over 2 gens, pretty frustrated....I wish instead of it being random there was some sort of progression bar by experience.
