Had a bug today trying to resuply DaveUKR. Told me he had to accept trade first.
Wel thats only for non clan members right ?

anyway he turned it on and still cant. We withing the resupply hour limits.

Yeah we had this sometime in the first 2 weeks of strat. We just assumed we'd somehow missed the window because it had been changed without us knowing. But perhaps not...
