Horse Archer Equipment/Clothes?

Hi, I have recently set up and alt character and was looking for some help on what Bow/Arrows I should use and also what clothes I should buy.

I have all my WPF in Archery (172) and was wondering if there would be any point in taking some kind of spear aswell.Would it do any damage while at full speed on a horse even though I have no power strike or WPF in that field.

Any help, much appreciated.

Yes you will still do damage, but little damage. I personally recommend the steel pick if you have 0 PS.

Wear anything light so as to not lose WPF points due to the weight of your gear.

If you wish to go dedicated HA,  I would perhaps recommend another stack of arrows instead of melee weapons.

I tought ur not losing any wpf trough weapons only trough armor I believe

The arrows over melee weapons is not based on weight, but rather that as a HA it is often better to have 15 or more arrows extra to fire.

Speed will obviously add some damage, but without power strike it will still be rather bad.
