Tomas Miles: Catapult Operator for hire, qualified to build all siege constructs

I have been studying that marvellous piece of engineering, the catapult. I am well versed in the use of the device, and will be offering my services for a generous price of 1000 gold (as a single fee for my mercenary services including fighting). I will expect the hiring army to have bought sufficient materials for my work, as well as a suitable uniform. I also have proficiency with the crossbow, that other deadly contraption, so if there are any going, I would be grateful if I could be allowed one for self-defence. Over to you.

I'm hoping so. I will also take care of village defense constructions for free if I am given the space to do so. It's surprising how no defenses I've seen have managed to get the tent and rack built, due to the general derpiness of the team, I'm hoping one day that the NPCs can get enough construction materials to build and fire a catapult... I'm really looking forward to smashing some shieldwalls.

Equipment chests make building the tent faster, as you can take 4 construction materials from them at a time. And there's enough materials ther for it. So you can build both, the rack first, and that speeds up the construction of the tent. It's pretty sad, but I figured it all out.

I'm a combat-engineer myself, but I was attacking in both cases. I just know the defenders had equipment chests because we found it and stole it when we charged the village If I'd been defending I would have used it to make something useful. How much c-material does the villages have anyway?
