When he tries to log into Strategus, it tells him he has not selected a main character. He has had a main character for a while now, and to make sure he did, he skipped the fun on his character to make it auto select him as his main. He can log into C-rpg just fine, but strategus is a no go for him.

dosn't make sense.
he should check if on the left side of the char page, that it says:
Disgruntled_Lennon
Role  Main  <<<<-----
Age   45 [30]

and also check if his alts say that they are "Alternate".

if this dosn't apply, he should confirm on his wanted main with his pw on the char page, there is a box for it.
