Yea, but with the double percentage values....
you first have a chance to craft, say 50%. So once ever 2 hours.

Then, when you DO get a chance to craft, you craft a certain item. Trade good is 100%. Everything else is percentage based.(Aka I had 2% for my straw hat, so every craft chance, I have a 1/50 chance to make a straw hat.)

Seems WAY to low. Either increase the chance to craft way way up, or the item chance up more.

I assume the cost price next to it is how much it sells for? Rather than how much it costs to craft? Otherwise there will be no way to make money. But yeah...the percentages do seem rather low.

Edit:

But equipment is much much cheaper. So will we be seeing much smaller armies but far better equipped?

Based on how many times you got the All thyne hard work payeth off message.

Many of my items I can craft are 15%.

ANd with loomed armor. I can craft Lordly Black lameller, for 203 gold and 6% chance. Can't craft my crossbow or horse, even though I wore those when I got it. Sigh.

@konrax:

That's only the success chance once you GET the chance to craft.

SO, if a city had a Craft chance of 1/2 and you had a 15/100 chance to craft(round to 1/5) you actually get a 1/10 chance to craft that item.(1/2 * 1/5)
50% is also pretty generous, I've only seen 17% success rate so far. Looking at other fiefs.
