[siege] EU5 reflective ff and bb back on

It was suggested before and I dont think it's so much hassle not to do it already. Turn banner balance back on to populate the server and set reflective friendly fire to 50% instead of normal. So people would finally have some incentive to play like human beings instead of spamming everything around them.

It would help the constant lag issue during peak hour @ EU2.

since bannerbalance is off on these servers you hardly see anyone play there.
But sometimes people would like to switch to another less crowded server, still wanting to play with their clanmates :/

i lke banner balance the only time i dont like it is when for some reason one of my clan mates is on the enemy team yet there is space for them 

so yes i agree please do

and with reflective damage i would like to see how it would do,people hate it so but it may be a nice change of pace
