Well, I'm rolling an alt which currently has shield skill 3 yet I'm able to use Knightly Heater shield even if it says that it requires shield skill 4. Is this a known bug?
Update: I was able to use for just one round, exact the round after I raised my stats (shield skill to 3). After that I'm again unable to use it.
