So let me tell you a little story:

First i got a warning for a post i made 5 days before in a unban threat, without any stated rules, of course, for spamming (doesn't apply for everyone, some people are more equal).
One more warning for a different post another week later, still without any rules, which was derailed in a discussion threat anyway.
Then one yesterday where my status was raised to "being watched", so it finally came to my attention.
But the best thing is the same post gave me another warning today AND with a pm that i got warned. Yeeeehaaaa!
(was a different mod because the reason message has changed)

Totally fits the overall attitude of ruling and stuff but so far it works out pretty good so i guess you'll have to live with it.

I'd watch out not to escalate this as some of those guys are just very sensitive so letting it go or contacting another admin about it by PM might be the better way to deal with it.

Hmm.. Got a 5% warning thing, or whatever its called in my profile, for posting a picture of an adorable goat, that I now use as my avatar.

Admin had some sort of a bad goat experience as a child i guess... HOW?! How can one hate this goat?! Its ADORABLE!

Most of the posts are "spam" ( even in this thread ), but this goat just spreads good times and makes one smile.

It went from 30% to 20%, yes i kept it to have the ban thread less unamusing while mostly the case was already settled or derailed at all.
And of course i did not even know i was warned, you were the first one who triggered a pm aswell.
