Why?
Also, I have declared myself #1 NA hybrid thrower
Formerly known as Marathon.
As an NA admin, I am the most laid back and concerned with the ~fun of the game~ above all other factors. I've also been super inactive since Summer 2012. University takes most of my time, but I still find some time to play when i can.

The WPF portion of Vargas' toolkit's character planner is currently 100% accurate until you go past 214 WPF. This is in contrast to .232-.234 where it was inaccurate by a few points due to the coding method used. To my knowledge, WPF costs/WPP gains weren't changed in any of the recent patches.

I agree that we could use a new damage calculator, but the character planner itself is fine.
