The WPF portion of
Vargas' toolkit's character planner is currently 100% accurate until you go past 214 WPF. This is in contrast to .232-.234 where it
was inaccurate by a few points due to the coding method used. To my knowledge, WPF costs/WPP gains weren't changed in any of the recent patches.
I agree that we could use a new damage calculator, but the character planner itself is fine.
