Strategus was only suppose to be down 1-2 weeks but that's probably assuming the devs didn't run into major bugs while they were testing changes.

They won't. Strategus and Stronghold will remain in the closet forever, because they live in a very rural conservative town and if anybody ever found out they would be ostracized from the community.

So to answer your question: Never.
