my current diet for those of u wondering:
for breakfast i have about 6 oz of raisin bran w/ 2 cup of milk (800-900 calories)
for lunch i have 3 packets of instant oatmeal (480 calories)
for dinner i have 2 grilled chicken breasts, an apple, & a bit of lettuce (usually 1 cup) (400 calories)
throughout the day i usually eat around 1800 calories worth of peanut butter and also drink a fuck ton of water
at the gym i take 3 scoops of blue raz flavored bcaa powder (0 calories but it makes my shit green which is awesome)
after the gym i have a protein shake consisting of 2 scoops of whey & 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (a little under 400 calories all together)
total daily caloric intake = 4000 calories (currently 1 month into a bulk)
