Weapon slots

Hey quick question..... I keep seeing in posts mention of loadouts that involve more than what i thought the limit was and in game too. My shield costs 2 slots my one hander costs another, leaving one point left right? On my char save screen of eq it counts the shield as 1 slot used but ingame it is 2. This coupled with what I mentioned has me wondering if i am missing something here. Thanks.........

Ah this may all be solved by this question. Are there shields which do not use 2 slots? If so which ones do not or if its quicker to answer it this way which ones do use 2 slots? thanks again.....

All shields above the weight of 8.0 are 2 slots. So not that many.

Steel, Huscarl's Round, Heavy Board, [Colour] Heavy Norman and Fur Covered are the 2 slot shields. All others are 1 slot.

You Forgot Heavy Kite and Heavy Hater Shield...

They weigh 8.0 so they are only 1 slot. At least was when I last used them. Have they changed it? I know the Board Shield is weight 8 and 1 slot.
