Hey-oh!
I've noticed this problem with a few other people. When entering a server (NA_cRPG_1, at least), gear is not spawning. At first, I was able to (and others were able to) fix this by spawning in with an alt and then the character they wish to spawn. However, I just tried to spawn with an alt (multiple alts), and the alts' gears were missing as well.
Not entirely sure if anything can be done about this, but raising the alarums just in case something can.
