Laggs when there shouldn't be any

Well, at least for me, I think this is map related.

Some custom town maps do this for me, while big open maps are fine with 120 people.

Yeah, it is. On some the ping went up to 1000, on others "only" 500.   
But those lagspikes can occur on every map.

I'm totally sick of this. I can't do shit while i am lagging like that and when it finally stops lagging i am in most cases dead. Even as an archer now.
It is map- and server-related, but it can happen everywhere. And it's the upload-rate which fucks the game up (I checked that now...download is never the reason for those laggs). Settings do NOT matter. I can play on the highest settings for hours (Ok, that is a really rare case...) without lagg or with dx7 and all that low shit and i can't play 1 minute without moonwalking through calradia.

But why the hell is the upload-rate so freakin high sometimes? I just don't get it. Shogun 2 works fine online, css, tf2, all those mmorpgs i played are fine, too.
Fyi: My Upload is 5kb/sec or so (Dunno exactly) and everytime the laggs occur the upload goes up to that maximum.

My sister used our w-lan connection with her cell-phone to go on facebook. I can't fuckin believe it. Found that out by accidently looking at the wlan-connections at the router.

strange I dont even see that file in my warband directory (show hidden files is on).  only thing close is rpl log file
