A minor nerf to STR builds

As you know, there's a lot of STR builds around, mainly because of good damage and high hp (24/15 with 8 IF on lvl 31 has 75! health) and with no real disadvantages.

What I propose is to remove +1 HP per STR after STR reaches 15, to slighty nerf STR builds.
Second, slightly increase the WPF/speed penalty for armor weight.

What say you?

no way.there s lots of nerfs that ruined crpg.crpg isnt like crpg anymore sooo
