Rename Yumi -> Daikyu

The name "yumi" is a collective term for bows, but it is no particular bow.

The bow that we have in the mod is a daikyū, the longer Japanese composite bow, around 2m in length.

I suggest the name simply is changed to Daikyu, without weird characters to make sure it'll work.

A small change for accuracy, with little needed effort from the coders.

Then, why do we have an item called "Sword", it has no sense. That particular sword also has a correct name, rather than a general one.
