Some things you may want to check :
1)Characters with a name already in use will be naked, cause well, it's somebody elses, Try another name*.
2)Did you give it at least five minutes (usually is quicker) for the server you were playing on to sync with the site?.
3)As Earthdforce mentions, do you meet the requirements?.
4)Lastly, more of a tip, try to save your loadout on the site so when you spawn in-game you have whatever equipped
* - I think this is true, it seemed to happen to me when i picked a somewhat known/well used name.
