I'm afraid it's rather the crpg community than a strategus-specific problem. Sadly the community seems to consist of kid nags to a large extent.

Tbh as long as the Roleplayers manage to piss each other off and provide me with battles I'm cool with it :P

Also you can just get your virtual deck chair with some virtual beer and sit back and enjoy the show, remember judging people is fun!

The crpg community?  I'm new but it's seems the same as every other community.  The internet is full of whiney naggers.  Anonymity turns people into jackasses.

It does seem pretty mature for the internet, but I've still seen many whines and such on there too.   I think that type of game attracts a generally more mature dedicated player.  Also, it's a decently small community, so there's less mob mentality.

I've been a long time TeamLiquid(big sc2 forum) lurker, and while it was never the pinnacle of maturity, since its member base has exploded with sc2 the average maturity level has plummeted.
