For using awlpike on horse repetedly, even after being informed of the rules. He later insulted both me and my clanmate, but I didn't screen that.

Hmm, thats not worth a ban IMO for now. From the status of his characters I guess he is just new and will probably stop doing this soon anyway, especially if some admin catches him ingame doing it. I think he isn't fimiliar with the rules yet.
