So... I know I should wait longer but it's just kinda of getting on my nerves.  Two days ago we lost our banner, (person in charge of bidding fell asleep).  After the banner was lost, which I think was at 12 PM central or something like that, I checked the clans at around 10 PM central, and I couldn't help but notice our banner on another clan... surely they are going to change it soon is what I thought.  Sure enough today when I checked 5 minutes ago and our banner is still on their name.

Just send them a polite message first. If they ignore you for a longer time or start with insults, I would send a message to an admin (or whoever can help there).

 

I don't believe there is really such a rule though, but it is of course not common or polite to use another clan's banner.
