Can't log in

Hiho,

I have some problems with loggin in. When I try to log in with my main character, I'll get to the "Convert to account" wizard.
But my account is already updatet, so it just says "Account already exists" and nothing happens. If I try to log in with other chars, there is just the "invalid account or 5x wrong login" message.

Does anyone know a solution?

You need to login using your new account name.

If I try to log in, nothing happens but the "Convert to account" wizard appears. Therefore, I can't log in with my character, who is already converted.

You already created an account ("Account already exists" message) and you need to login with the account name+password you specified in the wizard. The wizard appears because you login with a char and individual char logins are not working anymore (it does not check if that char already has an account).

After I resetted the password two times it's working now...finally. The first time I resetted, there was still the wizard...quite odd.
