Testing this out in battle it is not really over powered, and with 39 AGIL you don't need to have any athletics.
In duel server I managed to convince a few BRD members to duel with me, and if you fight agressive you can be destroyed in one or two hits, but using patience I managed to hit a guy 4 or 5 times with no return hits
