How do the power skills work?

My question about the power skills (PT,PS,PD) is how are they applied and what is their value?  If I'm correct they grant 10% damage.

The main question is how is this applied.  If I have 5 PS, do I get a flat 50% increase, or is it compounded?  IE: If I have a sword that does 40 damage, does it do 60 (40 x 1.5) with 5 PS, or does it do 64.42 (40 x 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.1)?

It's not compounded.

PT increases throwing accuracy as well as damage.

PD increases bow both accuracy and damage in native Warband. A long time ago this was changed in cRPG so that PD decreased bow accuracy. Some people believe that PD again increases accuracy in cRPG, but I doubt this is the case.

PS: 8%
PT: 10%
PD: 14%

Those are the native stats and I believe they carry over.
