cRPG Technical problems / CHARCTER BELONGS TO SOMEONE ELSE

I had the same issue before But i stoped playing for awhile then it decided to work not sure why this constantly happens but this is a troubling factor in which i wish to play with my clan mates. please someone help me,ive tried repairing through the launcher and i joined a game and it came up with that i had no gear and i had to wait for it to load i waited 10mins and i did not have my gear i joined in the game and i found that my banner was not the clans banner im in and i lvled up instantly to lvl 1 please i hope this is resolved.

Im currently getting the same problem i cannont play my char without it coming up when i join a server saying this char belongs to somone else then it kicks me out of the game not sure if this is something with the server or my acc.i have used the repair option in the launcher only getting me to join a server with no equimpent(fresh start) i hope this can be resolved conflicting with the play time of my Clan.
