I have 7 years running a gaming community and I can tell you, you will always get some moron that you think will make a good admin abuse it and change around settings that shouldn't be changed.

Can you guys make it to where admins only have access to kick, ban, vote, and map change. For everyone to be able to edit the server is something that is kinda strange.

1. For some reason friendly fire is off on my server unless I manually turn it on via admin. I have this server in the config.

set_friendly_fire 1
set_friendly_fire_damage_friend_ratio 50
set_friendly_fire_damage_self_ratio 1

When I run the batch file it shows that it was inputted. Any ideas?

2. For some reason when people connect and try to use a ladder it crashes my server any ideas?

Doubt it will lag that much its a dual quadcore server box.
