As a crossbowman I chose nerf xbows.
I like the new sniper rifle feel of the arbalest so I still think xbows should be slower and maybe do more damage. And the regular xbow needs to be 2 slot, I want to see the xbow be more exclusive than classic sidearm for 2h characters.

Does HA affect xbow? I dont think so.

If you want shoot while moving , you should treat yourself as a thrower. Shoot in throwing range.

I think horse xbowman is a good counter to cavs, Just get close to a cav , aim and shoot ,run away while reloading, then come back.   
You needn't stop when shoot at point throwing range.

I haven't been playing CRPG since last december. And now i have got some spare time to return to crpg world.

I have a quesiton. Does the actural archery WPF still suffer from armor\helmet weight and PD?

I remember , in battle field 2, a TK victim can choose whether to punnish a TKer  or not.
