I renewed the banner by winning another auction. The remaining time was not finished, and the clan has kept the same banner. (No one bought today). And 3 days since I can not update the banner, it is on the website, but not in the game. Is this normal?

It seems that the update does not work. I changed my banner there 2/3 day and still nothing. Someone would have information about it?

does not help to understand what is happening

Hello this morning I was banned by both players (crpg5 - Siege). One that initiated the vote is called Z_Art_Imy.
We were three on the server. So they won the vote ... Can you unban me please? I have done nothing wrong. My IG name : Parpaing.
