cRPG Technical problems / lost exp and money

it was all good until i switched back to website to level up my char. but there was still thousands of exp left until i level (although game said i did and i was close to lvl hours ago, so cant be in-game error). and also my gold was much less then what game said.
i ve already read the "money dropping coz of light armor" thread. but what about exp? and im not light armored either
