Beginner's Help and Guides / Suggestion for High Latency Build

I constantly have to play with over 200 - 400 + ping at least, so i was thinking which weapon would actually work for me. Right now, im using a two handed Dadao. Could get a few kills but i think other weapons might be better. And also, i tried bow and arrow, utter fail. The arrows would spaz out in mid air, i dont even think it landed anywhere.
