Mine is bugged too. Try to transfer the item to skip the fun char. Exchange option should appear. Works that way for me at least.

The thing is there are two separate unrelated ping issues. One is the old super random ping spikes which are probably caused by the web providers and traffic. Second is unusually high but stable ping for some people since last few(?) days. Ping spikes are a normal thing and I got used to them but unusually high ping is not caused by high net traffic as it's 24/7 for me. I've been playing for more than 2 years and it's the worst stable ping I've seen on EU.

For all who missed it: secondary mode is slashing for 28 pierce.
I think this dagger it's a very nice (OP maybe) 1h for Arbalest xbowman.
2 slots for Arba 1 for bolts 1 for some decent shield and 0 for dagger. This way you get projectile proof ranged that can 1 hit in melee with a (pierce) slash to the face.
Just a thought... Don't do it... Especially in organized hordes

24/15 with heavy armor and long 1h (or axe), or 15/24 light armor and a short face-slasher. Rest is just half-measures 
It's also good to keep in mind that weapon master skill will get a significant boost soon... so agi char is something to be considered.

When I played agi shielder with low armor the speed boost after dropping/braking shield was very clear. With high armor and 4-5 ath I can barely notice any speed increase (but it's there)

I played 18/21 and 18/24 (31lv) 1h for a few generations. Now trying out 27/12. Both are good.
Agi shielders are generally a good counter for light armored fast units like archers and ninjas.
Str shielders are ok against anything except maybe cav. They're excellent in formation. Have good survivability if you invest in high armor.
My advice: If u can pull of hitting opponents face like 50 - 60% of the time, and getting 2-1 shotted by almost anyone doesn't bother you- play agi. Otherwise play str.
Or just try both builds on "skip the fun" and see what works for you

If I sacrifice an ALT char that has 1 heirloom point my main will just get the +1 heirloom point? right?
Or do I have to use the point and choose a specific item to loom?
(always played with my main char and I'm just starting with ALTs so forgive my ignorance)
