General Discussion / Re: NA servers - Game Admins Wanted
« on: June 27, 2013, 07:56:41 pm »
If you need a level headed admin I can always throw my hat in.
I've been playing C-RPG for a long time under many different names. I've been apart of a bunch of different clans but left for my own reasons in each.
I've been an Admin of successful servers for other games and was generally liked for my 3 strike rules. Warn, Kick, Ban. Which in my opinion is the fairest way to keep a server in check without making people think you abuse powers.

Currently my name is Rowan_Black and I will probably stick to that name. And I play C-rpg pretty constantly but I do usually take small breaks from the game here and there, the longest break was about 2 months. But I have been playing C-RPG since the days when Goretooth was the most feared player in his cheesy black armor and his damn bec de corbin.

Some of the servers I used to Moderate where some of the top servers in their respective games. For example in a game called Unreal Tournament 2004, I moderated a server called Unreal Insanity (I used the name [UI]Chipmonk when i GMd that server), which during its time was one of the Top 5 most populated servers in that game, with over 1000 unique visitors on the server and a 300+ regular player base. I also modereated a Minecraft server called Lord of the Craft(I used the name MrZombie when I GMed this server), which is right now one of the top played servers in minecraft with over 40,000 people registered on their forums.

Theres also countless ammounts of smaller servers here and there in other games and such that I GMd for. Overall I think Im a successful and well respected Moderator/Admin in many cases. Though Its understandable if you don't want someone who doesn't stick around always or isn't really well known.

I did all that haha. But ill replace all the barriers with the box barrier.  I still dont know how to "create" a .sco file so i can upload it. (Some tut says its supposed to make one for you once you save, but i dont see a "Blank_2" sco file.

Edit: After trying to find/create the blank_2 sco file. I lost the entire map.  So.. thanks internet for have NO INFO ANYWHERE on how to create new scenes.

Scene Editing / Rageball Map - Untitled Arena
« on: January 17, 2012, 05:30:43 am »
I love this new gametype rageball. But since the NA rageball server is always full i decided to make a map for it.
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Its symertical, ball spawns in the middle, and the goals are on the wall in between the gatehouses.

Everything is done, i just have one problem. I used the "scene editing" thing on crpg, then i hit Blank 2. Supposedly when i saved this map its supposed to create a Scn_Blank_2.sco in the Scenes folder in CRPG.... but its not there. So my question is, How do i get that file so that i can update it when i save the map.

« on: December 26, 2011, 11:31:35 pm »
So im level 30 right now and i got 3mil more xp to go before i hit 31, but when i hit 31 i wanna auction my Loom point.

So im gonna start the loom point at a pretty cheap 500k.  When i hit level 31 ill end the auction and whoever bis the highest will get it.

You would be right if there were no LLJK playing... but now think of the average pubbie/new player. They look at the server list and see a list of cRPG  servers. Most newbies dont join servers with 0 players. Now as you all know. LLJK is a giant clusterfuck of fat goons. We have alot of players and we are all on teamspeak at the same time. SO in the morning when we get enough people to get a fun game going on a battle server. We all decide to join the most populated battle server. Usually all the servers have 0 players on. So natually all the goons would join Border_Town since its enforced by the LLJK. Now lets say the other server in the morning has maybe 8 players on it. We decide to go onto our server with 12... Most newbies would join the server with 12 people.

I think you prejudice of LLJK is judging your reality.

Sad thing is, if you mute LLJK then more... physical trolling happens. And if you ban LLJK then they move on to the next server. And what the NA people dont know is that. Without LLJK, the server is hard to get started up every morning. Think about it, The second all the LLJK got banned off of the NA 100 man server, they moved onto the NA Border_Town sever.  Now look at the population on them. Now the Border_Town server is actually more popular than the 100 man server.

In b4 the other LLJK members tear you a new one.

But the one thing about the LLJK is that we dont really do much wrong. Yea youll see an occasional teamkill (99% of the time its a LLJK killing a LLJK)
Then we sometimes use *gasp* tactics, when we decide to camp a tower. Its not delaying, you people need to learn the meaning of delaying ...  (aka 1 guy left running around like an idiot with people chasing him, And if you see and LLJK doing that then most likely he will kill himself soon after)
Yea we spam the chat, but thats cause this is a game... And trolling is all we can do cause we suck. But Spamming chat is not as bad as exploiting and teamkilling. (and we dont exploit, maybe we might screw around with some stupid glitch but its never for our person gain.)

So to end this semi reasonable post i must troll you.

GTFO noob, your just butthurt cause your mommy didnt let you suck her tit this morning.

edit: DAMNIT WYLKER! YOU BEAT ME!
