cRPG Technical problems / Actions restricted to: transfer exchange

Hello!  I just came back after a long break.  I have 4 MW items that are locked in regards to trading.  There is a little lock icon next to them.  When the cursor is held over it reads "Actions restricted to:transfer exchange".  I'm curious if there is some reason for this?  Thanks!
