cRPG Technical problems / Contruct material / contruct site - bug?

I started with 1 contruct material and 1 contruct site to make a healing tent in the start of round . I "contructed" a healing tent then started to search for a weapon on the ground. When i picked up a weapon i droped another contruct site and material...
