cRPG Technical problems / Shield can't hit, the green dot is gone.

Hello
Today i log on my character and i saw that the green dot is gone.
When i press "V" nothing happens so i can't bump anyone with my shield. How to fix it?
I'm waiting for some tips. Cheers!
