The Church of Calradia
This is the system that should unite factions competing against UIF
All factions which are the participants of this system chosen by the Pope of Calradia
Papal and Pope of Calradia
Pope of Calradia it is an active player on strategus who likes to be responsible for administrative matters and to create statistics.
Pope may declare the Crusades, to encourage the faction who are loyal to the Church of Calradia (gold, and other resources)
He can separate from the Church and accuse faction of heresy.
After 3 months of real time, can be elected a new Pope. Also if he AFK, is lobbying the interests of their faction, he may be re-elected without waiting for 3 months.
It should be politically neutral to all the factions of the members of the Church of Calradia.
He keeps statistics on all factions of the things they are doing for the sake Church of Calradia. or bad things.
For example, each faction will have equal number of points of prestige. In cases of this faction points prestige will increase or decrease.
For example :
The faction №1 leads feudal war with the faction №2 . Pope of Calradia asks to end the war and to join efforts for the future crusade, №1 ends the fighting, and no 2 ignores the Pope's proposal. The faction №1 prestige points increase in number 2 decrease. How points to increase and decrease the decision of the Pope.

It sounds like that:
1) Do nothing while someone is trying to raise his economy and army
2) Time comes, an admin pushes "the button"
3) Have one month of "free" fun
4) After one month of fun start to do nothing again

Ingenious, isn't it?
Simple arithmetic.
We have 10 active members, DRZ has 30 active members who play strategus.
If each player in a day makes 100 strategus ticks left we have 1000 and DRZ has 3000 per day. So we have 1000 troops and DRZ has 3,000 troops. Same thing in the economy. Plus help from ally Grey Order. And talk about what we do, because we are what we do, while others do nothing sounds silly.

Well. I don't mind to try such thing. But there is another point in Strat - battle roster.
Increase XP for Strat battles, make it much more that on cRPG. Cause w/o roster these attacks would fail and nothing except free gear.
The problem roster is really important. The peculiarity of Mongolian army such that there need players cavalrymen and not enough of them and because of this roster will be empty.
 Let the players will create alt cavalryman or by using skip the fun will make horse Archer for example.
 But developers need to give bonuses to players who are participating in the games events. This is a double or triple XP. And XP should take place not on STFN or alt, and on the main. XP should go to the main.
 imagine battle where 20 or 30 horse archers shoot at the enemy. And the heavy cavalry tramples on diffuse infantry. It will be truly epic battles, where fun is guaranteed all

As you know now strategus this great Alliance UIF, which destroys the other. I think that an imbalance in the game, which makes strategus on EU dead. We all want interesting games in equal conditions, but unfortunately now it is not. Developers and administrators strategus should limit the power of a huge factions and alliances in order to balance the situation on the map strategus
How to do it ?

Rules
1. To the Swiss infantry are necessary polearms, 2h which have good skill, archers and xbows.
